The very talented Kathleen Dent was appointed to be The Fusion Series’ artist in June 2009 and is responsible for the attractive artwork on the website. She has done a number of pieces for advertising and, most importantly, the cover for Fusion: Hunt For the Phoenix.

Kathleen is an independent designer currently trying to find her place. In the meantime she assists in the family business including creating all the graphics, posters and advertising. She has studied in Illustration and Games Design as well as developing work and projects for private clients. She specialises in concept and character design but is a versatile digital designer trying out new styles as they appear.

Other than working on The Fusion Series, she is in the process of creating ‘Penki Monomi’ a comic about the attendees of a school of scribes whose social standing change from being gifted, to dangerous liabilities.

Using a mixture of tradition and digital methods Kat works freelance for clients and is available for commission.
